Community Comics

Community Comics is a full-service comics studio.  Our staff has over 50 years of combined experience in graphic arts and writing, with over 25 years specifically in comics.  We are committed to using our talents, experiences, and passions in service to Christ in this dynamic and virtually unlimited art form.

Our purpose with Community Comics is to package professional, high quality, entertaining comic books with a Christian focus.  We accomplish this goal through four areas of service:

1. Service to Christ — creating and supporting books that point readers to a closer relationship with Christ and that glorify Jesus in content and worldview.
2. Service to our readers — creating and producing quality books that are engaging and challenging, giving readers entertainment they desire and spiritual themes to reflect upon.
3. Service to the Christian comics community – creating a network of Christian comics artists and writers, and actively encouraging the Christian comics community by giving budding artists opportunities to create.
4. Service to the independent comic creator — assisting creators in realizing their artistic visions, connecting independent creators with others who can bring out the best in each other’s talents, and representing creator-owned projects for publication.
